(KAD Nos. 42070, 15863, 14796, And 42069.) With The Caveat That Lighting Be No Higher Than 15 Feet, Be Directed Downward And Not Go Off The Property, That All Material Be Stored Behind Solid Fencing At Least 8 Feet Tall, And That Signage Be A Monument Type Following City Ordinances.
