STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve on second reading Ordinance No. 2015-26 with the stipulation limiting the number of trailer court rental spaces to 15.

SUMMARY:
Background:
Shortly after the Fife property was not rezoned for a Multi-family use Mr. Faz purchased the property from the Fifes. The Planning staff had numerous conversations with Mr. Faz and bank representatives about the existing mobile homes and their non-conformity. Mr. Faz purchased the property and then waited for 9 months before he came in and spoke to us about his preferred use of the property. He had to wait because the multi-family rezoning request was denied and the ordinance requires that a year must pass before a new request can be presented.
