SUMMARY:
We have made the appropriate changes to the proposed ordinance that Council recommended on September 8th.
All references to restaurant menu board signs have been removed from the proposed ordinance as requested.
We have set the size of the proposed LED fuel pricing sign at 48 sq. ft. requiring that they be a monument sign. We have added the following provision pertaining to the placement of the sign and vision clearance:
Vision Clearance. A corner formed by either two streets or a street and a driveway shall provide vision clearance of 25’ and no sign shall be placed in this area. The vision clearance area shall form a triangle measured 25’ from the corner as demonstrated in the drawing below.
