The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Monday, June 1st and recommended that City Council approve the following:
a. The proposed rezoning of 209 Lohmann (PID: 25696), a total of .19 acres, from R-2, Moderate-Density Residential District to B-3, Central Business District. (Bill Bird). Recommended approval by a vote of 6-0 with one abstention.
